I frequently travel on business and needed a good safe kennel to lodge my two dogs at. A neighbor recommended Estate Kennels. I've been using Estate for almost a year now and am very pleased with their service. Lodging costs are quite reasonable and I have no complaints
Charged more than originally quoted for boarding my dog. Wrong expectations from puppies. They suggested to drug my dog for the next time. Had dogs for 20 years and never heard this from a kennel before.
Outstanding home away from home for my dog. He has stayed many times and every time he is happy to be dropped off and clean and content when I pick him up. Whether he stays for a few days or a few weeks, he has always come back happy and clean. This is a wonderful place to leave my pet. Prices are fair and the kennel is always sparkling clean. Thanks to Farmstead's owner and employees - they are like part of our family.
I just picked up my dog that is drenched in his urine. Rude owner and should not be responsible for caring for animals. My dog was boarded for less than 24 hours and he charged me an additional $15.00 and told me my dog does nothing but poop and pee in his pen. My dog never displays this behavior at home. I am wondering if he actually was taken out to go to the bathroom. The owner shows no caring emotion. This place is dirty and absolutely should not be in business.
Constantly charged at a higher rate. They claim my dog pees and poops a lot in the cage which results in additional work for them. My dog is well house trained and can hold off for several hours. I just don't think they let the dogs out as often as they should and if that's done, it's probably for very short periods of time. Also, I have a feeling the animals are left alone while they go out to conduct business elsewhere. Unless the staff is elsewhere on the property tending to other animals, if you call or go there at times other than specific morning and evening dropoff/pickup times, often no one is there so one has to wonder how long dogs are left alone and unattended. Located in a nice and safe area though.
