Lazy. They don't bring packages to my door, they claim my mailbox is blocked (when it isn't) and therefore don't leave my expected deliveries, and they're always delivering my packages to the wrong house. I was once expecting something when snow came to town, and opened my mailbox to find a "sorry we missed you" slip. Both of our cars were in the driveway, and there wasn't a single footprint leading to our door. They didn't even try!! We got in the car and had to track down the mailman to retrieve our package.
