As far as food, 99% it was correct, hot & fresh. Our two furkids love the munchkins.
We frequently visit DD at this location. It just opened in last 6-12 months so alot of the staff haven't mastered the art of service with a smile, "Thank-you for coming in today, how are today, have a great day."
This is the best dunkin ever ppl are friendly it's come a long way and the food is always fresh!
This place is the absolute worst and should be closed. They cannot read a simple order receipt must on the go orders I placed were incorrect. They care very little if they get things wrong. The last time I was there it took 15 minutes for them to start a sandwich order. In their old location they were bad in their new location, same story.
Right after the move, things were great. Recently though I've had bad luck multiple times getting my coffee order right. I order "on-the-go," but end up having to wait longer for a corrected drink. Hope there will be more care taken or I will make the trip down the hill.
Bad customer service, 4 employees standing there Iooking at customers whiles one Worker services 7 customer waiting in line for 15 minutes. Store manager struggling with order, don't have any clue of what's being ordered not knowledgable, agueing with his employees infront of customers. This store needs experience employee's or some serious training here.
